About the position

As a CNC operator, you will work with programming, monitoring, and adjusting CNC machines to ensure high precision and quality in production. You will be responsible for performing machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed, as well as following safety regulations and quality standards. Your role also includes reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to effectively produce components according to customer requirements. Collaboration with other team members to optimize the production process may also occur.

About you

Formal qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience working as a CNC operator and a relevant technical education in the field. You should have good knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings, as well as experience in programming and setting up CNC machines. It is also important that you are detail-oriented and have good problem-solving skills. A requirement is that you have completed a certified training in CNC technology or have worked as a CNC operator for at least one year.

Meritorious

It is an advantage if you have experience working with different types of CNC machines and knowledge of CAD/CAM software. Previous work in production or manufacturing is seen as a benefit. Furthermore, certifications in machine safety or quality control are advantageous, as well as experience in leading projects or teams within industrial operations. Knowledge of English and additional language skills can also be beneficial.
