About us

The health center in Lysekil is a well-established clinic where everyone is welcome.

We have about 6600 patients who have chosen to register with us. We work in teams and invest in training competent specialists in general medicine. We currently have 12 doctors, including 4 general practitioners, one geriatrician, and 4 residents. We are now looking for two temporary assistant physicians to complement our medical team. The team at the health center includes a psychologist and a rehabilitation coordinator who work integrated with other professions.

We have extensive experience in helping our new physician colleagues transition into their professional lives!

About the job

As an assistant physician with us, you will have access to good support and supervision. There is a designated supervisor resource for ongoing guidance in your daily work to resolve questions as they arise, as well as scheduled supervision time. Every week we also have collegial physician meetings and training time. We work with individual scheduling that you can influence.

About you

• You have a medical degree and a strong interest in general medicine.
• You enjoy and prefer working in a team.
• You are flexible and like to develop both in your general medical work and in your work with patients and colleagues.
• You are prepared to invest 1 year of your time to build a solid foundation for your future residency placement.
• It is important that you share our core values of being reliable, caring, and innovative.
• You want to engage with your knowledge and experience in our development work at the health center and work with us to maintain the good work environment we have today, and see what we can further develop.
