Bravida Security Technician Wanted in Örnsköldsvik

Your main responsibilities:

• New installations, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance service of various security systems and equipment
• Identify deficiencies and improvements based on customer needs
• Document completed work in the company's support system
• Provide feedback to customers and management after completing tasks or at the end of the workday

You will also be responsible for creating, maintaining, and developing customer relationships and promoting upselling by being attentive and building good relationships. The role may involve travel in the local area.

Your new team

We are a close-knit group, and within the Security workgroup, we currently have a total of 7 technicians. The tasks vary from day to day, and we emphasize the expression freedom under responsibility. In service work, we work independently, and for larger new installations, we collaborate within the team.

We are looking for someone who has

• Technical education, preferably in Electrical or technical knowledge/interest
• Knowledge of security systems, e.g., RCO, Tidomat, Salto, Assa arx
• Experience in service and new installations
• Driver's license B

As a person, we are looking for someone with a strong technical interest and a desire to develop and take responsibility. To fit in the role, we see that you are communicative and enjoy working in a team. Since you will have a lot of contact with customers, we expect you to have a sense of service and preferably a pedagogical ability.

We may require a criminal record extract if you proceed in the process.
