About the job

We are currently seeking summer heroes to strengthen our teams at Ryds Bilglas workshops across Sweden. With us, you will assist regular staff with the repair and replacement of car glass, receiving customers, and some administrative work.

No day at work will be the same. We enjoy challenges and are eager to try new ideas to find the most effective and best solutions. We value collaboration and that everyone supports each other when needed.

Ryds Bilglas is the leading Swedish player in the repair and replacement of car glass. We were founded as a family business, and that feeling remains throughout our operations – it is part of our culture. We help each other when needed and support one another – within the team, with other workshops, and in other parts of the organization. Working hours

Monday-Friday, 7-16 or 8-17

Location

The position is available in locations throughout Sweden. Please indicate in your application which location you are interested in working at. If you are interested in working at multiple workshops - please submit a separate application for each workshop!

Qualifications

The most important thing is that you are interested, service-oriented, driven, and want to develop together with us. You always have the customer's best interests in focus and strive to deliver high-level service and quality. Therefore, it is important that you not only enjoy practical work but also appreciate customer contact and can handle some administrative tasks.

We value a strong team spirit and would like you to have the ability to collaborate with your colleagues by sharing experiences and supporting each other in daily work. You are flexible, proactive, and not afraid to take responsibility, while also being attentive and easy to collaborate with. Additionally, you need to enjoy physical and active work.

For the position of summer hero at Ryds Bilglas, we are looking for someone who is:

  • Service-oriented
  • Driven

Requirements

  • Driver's license B (manual transmission)
  • Good Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

  • At least one (1) year of experience in a previous service job
  • Completed or currently enrolled in a vehicle-related education
  • Good experience working with tools
  • Previous experience working with vehicles
