Job Responsibilities

As a warehouse employee at Dagab, your main responsibilities will include order picking of food products on pallets, using a forklift. This position is for Dagab's freezer department, which has a temperature of -26 degrees.

The work is very physically demanding, and heavy lifting is common. The job also involves handling all kinds of food products.

Working Hours

The work is primarily scheduled on weekdays. In the long term, there is also the possibility of working on weekends.

Day shifts are scheduled between approximately 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM and evening shifts are scheduled between approximately 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM.

A prerequisite for being hired for this position is that you want and can work up to full-time during summers and major holidays.

The job starts with two weeks of paid training full-time Monday to Friday during evening hours, approximately from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. A forklift license is not required as you will be trained on-site!

The position starts in April/May.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a student and has at least 2 years left in your studies.
• Wants and can work 1-3 shifts per week, as well as up to full-time during the summer.
• Has previous warehouse experience.
• Thrives in a physical and active job.

Requirements:

• To be hired and employed in this position, you must be studying or have another primary occupation of at least 50 percent.
• Forklift training, workplace introduction, safety regulations, safety briefings, and other instructions are conducted in Swedish, which means you need to have a good command of the Swedish language.
• We use Verifier's control tools to ensure that the candidates do not have a background that is incompatible with the position.
• You must be at least 18 years old to be employed in this position.
