We are looking for a physiotherapist interested in working with mental health issues to join our team in Majorna.

In the old post office at Jaegerdorffsplatsen, you will find Omtanken Majorna Rehab Center. We are co-located with Omtanken Majorna Health Center, and it is easy to reach us by car and public transport. Our rehab team currently consists of four physiotherapists and two occupational therapists. Through the breadth of expertise, we can take a holistic approach to the patient's health and provide the best care based on the patient's needs.

Job Description

As a physiotherapist, you will work with assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients of all ages and with all types of issues. We offer treatment and training individually and in groups, as well as home visits.

You will have close collaboration with other professional categories, among other things, to develop a plan for how care and rehabilitation can be provided in the best way based on the patient's needs. Patients may have a complex symptom profile, so we place great importance on your ability to work both independently and as part of a team with other professionals.

As our colleague, you will work with somatic issues, but we also wish for you to have an interest in working with patients' mental health as we need to strengthen this area further.

Testing and prescribing aids are included in the job responsibilities.

About You

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist, preferably with a few years of experience in primary care and an interest in working with mental health issues. Training in basic body awareness and/or mediyoga is an advantage.

In your work, you will meet many different people, so it is important that you are attentive, communicative, and can identify the individual's unique needs to develop a joint treatment plan. For you, it is a given to collaborate with your colleagues and, if necessary, other stakeholders. You focus on care, with a strong commitment to the patient's well-being. You describe yourself as enterprising, self-driven, and a team player who works to move the organization forward. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
