Job Responsibilities

As a property caretaker, you will work closely with customers. It is your task to nurture existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You will have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.

Your job responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance and cleaning of outdoor areas
• Lawn mowing and trimming
• Care of flower beds and bushes
• Corrective actions

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• High school education
• Education or experience in property maintenance or similar industries
• Good system skills
• Good knowledge of Office.
• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

As a property caretaker with us, you are passionate about order and detail. You work proactively to ensure that the properties are always well-maintained and pleasant. Service and responsibility are a natural part of your work, and you enjoy working independently. You have a strong work ethic and like to maintain a good pace without compromising quality. Depending on where you live, you can work from our office in Linköping or Norrköping, and your work area will cover Motala, Linköping, Norrköping, and Nyköping.
