We are now looking forward to welcoming an executive secretary/nursing assistant to the head of the Clinics, within the new management of Close Care and Health!
The management of Close Care and Health is under construction and was launched on January 1, 2025. The management is responsible for grant-funded healthcare operations within close care throughout Region Skåne. This includes mobile teams and specialized palliative care, outpatient services, and emergency care within close care, 1177 by phone, as well as certain region-wide functions. Additionally, the management is responsible for the development and follow-up of the transition to close care in Region Skåne. The number of employees is expected to be around 1,000.
In the area of Guidance Support Close Care, 1177 by phone, Psychological Clinics for children and parental health, as well as Clinics are included. In Clinics, the operations include Refugee Health, Lifestyle Clinic, Multimodal Pain Unit, and Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine Clinic in Eslöv. Within the area, we also have several exciting assignments to develop and improve accessibility and care for residents in Region Skåne.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As the executive secretary to the head of the Clinics, you play a key role in supporting and facilitating daily work. The role involves handling various administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and following up on decided action points. You also need to ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to the development of work within the management.
You actively work to create and improve routines for your and the management's work, which means you continuously develop and adjust the way you work. Additionally, part of the position will also involve responsibility for ordering compression garments for the region's patients with stable lymphedema, which is one of the assignments within the area.
The position is based in Malmö, but travel within Skåne also occurs.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with a focus on healthcare/emergency care according to the previous program structure, or someone who is a trained nursing assistant within the new program structure who has studied all specializations, as the role responsible for ordering compression garments involves contact with patients and documentation in the medical record system (Melior).
In addition to your education, you have experience in a similar role with administrative tasks or executive support functions. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken. It is an advantage if you have experience using Melior and other commonly used systems within the region, such as HR-window and Raindance.
To succeed and thrive in the role, you are reliable, responsible, and driven by development and learning. You are used to coordinating and organizing others' work, and it is important for you to have order and clarity to see what needs to be done and prioritize accordingly. Since you have many contacts both internally and externally, it is natural for you to have a high sense of service and to create good collaborations. Furthermore, you are a person who is unpretentious and has a forward-thinking attitude, you take your own initiatives and drive tasks independently. We place great importance on personal suitability.
