In the role of designer in our advertising production team, you will play a key role in producing and developing marketing communication based on our new communication strategy and our customer promise, delivering care. The goal is to further strengthen our position and brand through effective communication that makes a difference. We are looking for someone with a strong customer focus who is a confident and secure designer. You are someone who can support communication issues and is skilled at collaborating with respect and competence.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Together with others in the marketing function, Category & Purchasing, and group companies, design and produce our various customer magazines up to finished originals.
• Design and produce printed materials/brochures/marketing materials for the group based on our graphic profile.
• Write and/or edit and proofread texts for printed materials/web.
• Design and produce materials for web/email.
• Apply and ensure the communicative expression within the group according to applicable manuals and the decided graphic profile.
• Edit and adapt images in image processing programs.
• Plan and conduct photography together with internal or external photographers.
• Drive and further develop process improvements within your area of responsibility. If necessary, also participate in IT projects related to marketing.

You will report to our Advertising Manager in the marketing and communications department.

You have a passion for design and an interest in food and people. You can create visually appealing materials and write engaging texts based on our graphic profile and communication platform. Additionally, you have a desire to strengthen our brand through communication and contribute to the development of the restaurant industry.

To succeed in the role, we believe that you:

• are a creative and self-driven designer with strong and clear goal orientation
• have a high service level and find it easy to collaborate and create good relationships internally, with customers, and with partners
• have a higher education in design and are a proficient user of all Adobe programs
