We are now looking for a trained nursing assistant at Bestorp home care for a permanent position of 70-100%. We offer a stimulating job and several benefits. A requirement for the position is that you have a driver's license for a car.

About the role

Your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. The work consists of helping elderly people in their own homes with personal care, service tasks such as shopping and cleaning, and responding to security alarms. The tasks also include performing social documentation and carrying out certain health care tasks delegated by a nurse. Thanks to you, our clients can continue to live at home and maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging.

About Bestorp home care

Our premises are located in the middle of Bestorp at Saw Road 6, close to swimming areas and forests and nature. We are a small home care group where everyone works with heart. We want to make the world a little better, one person at a time!

We not only provide home care but also have 9 security apartments adjacent to our premises. We offer daily lunch for sale to our clients and other visitors in our dining room at Saw Road 6, and we also have activities together with the elderly. We have, among other things, walks, gymnastics, bingo, quiz walks, live music, etc., which are highly appreciated. • We have a unique working hours model where our employees can largely be offered to work full-time, Monday to Friday, which is unusual in care and nursing.

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked for a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills, experience in documentation, and local knowledge are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
