About the role

As an assembler, you play an important role in our production and are responsible for assembling various components and systems for our products. The work is pace-controlled and involves both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues in an engaged team where you collectively ensure that quality requirements are met. You will have significant responsibility and we appreciate your contribution of new ideas and solutions in our continuous improvement efforts.

Your main tasks

• Assemble various components into finished products manually or with the help of tools
• Follow and develop work instructions
• Ensure material quality

Who are you?

You are a team player who takes initiative, prioritizes safety, and is open to feedback. You value collaboration and have an outgoing, positive attitude.

You also have:

• Completed high school education or at least 1 year of work experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B
• Good physical ability as the work is fast-paced and may include heavy tasks – we offer ergonomic aids and training to ensure you feel secure in the role
• Ability to work shifts
• Very good conditions to reach the workplace based on the different shifts

Experience in industry and production is an advantage.
