We are now looking for someone to work as a Farm and Transport Manager at Vincents RV & Caravan.

About the Position

We offer an exciting job in an expanding company where you will work both independently and in a team, so you should be a natural team player. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term employment and wants a position where you can develop, be independent, and influence the company.

Your tasks include transporting vehicles internally between different jobs, driving vehicles in and out of the vehicle yard, and ensuring that the vehicle yard is in order according to set standards. The job also includes transport with an ATV, so you need to be comfortable driving one.

In the vehicle yard, you are responsible for parking vehicles in the right place, establishing and maintaining an overview plan of the vehicles, and ensuring that all vehicles are connected to charging stations. You are also responsible for keeping the yard tidy by picking up litter, weeding, mowing grass, and shoveling snow or salting when necessary.

The position also includes conducting a simple delivery inspection of the vehicle before delivery, which means ensuring that the vehicle meets customer expectations and functions as expected. You will also learn to perform moisture tests on the vehicles over time.

Your Profile

We are looking for a person who is service-oriented, meticulous, has a strong work ethic, and is structured. We want you to be self-driven, responsible, and to see solutions instead of problems.

We want you to be creative and able to find solutions to optimize space and enjoy order and cleanliness. Your positive attitude and desire to constantly develop are qualities we highly value.

You enjoy working alone but also have good collaboration skills. You are flexible and can handle rapid changes in the schedule positively. You should enjoy being and working outdoors as a large part of the work is done outside.

We prefer that you have similar work experience. However, this is not a requirement as the most important thing for us is that you have the right ambition and work well together in a team. Since the position is partially digitalized, computer skills are required. It is essential that you can handle many tasks simultaneously without losing track and are a quick learner.

During peak season, we have high workloads in all departments. Since a cheerful demeanor permeates the entire company, it is important that these qualities can be maintained even under stress.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar work
• Good computer skills and good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driving license B

Meritorious:

• Driving license categories C, C1, BE, B96
• Experience with motorhomes and caravans
• Ability to reverse with a trailer
• Vehicle technical education or a strong interest in vehicles

About the Employment

Start date: By agreement, preferably immediately

Employment form: Permanent with a six-month probationary period

Working degree: Full-time

Location: Varberg

Working hours: Mon-Fri: 07.00-16.00
