Your role as a pharmacist at Kronans Apotek in Bua

We are looking for a driven and engaged pharmacist for our pharmacy in Bua. The pharmacy is located in the old fishing village of Bua, about 25 km from Varberg and 40 km from Kungsbacka. In the local area, there are grocery stores, a healthcare center, and residential areas. Most of our customers live or work in the vicinity, but during the summer months, many are attracted to the area by our beautiful beaches and not least the harbor.

You will work alongside a wonderful team consisting of 2 pharmacists who together take great responsibility for the pharmacy and create world-class customer experiences.

The daily work is varied and includes everything from advising and selling medications and self-care products to working with inventory management, campaign work, quality, and development. The role also includes the following responsibilities and tasks:

• You are responsible for dispensing the correct medication to each customer and providing the best possible customer advice while creating a world-class customer experience.
• Create participation within the pharmacy and promote good group dynamics through good collaboration with your colleagues.

The pharmacy is open from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekdays, and we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We offer a permanent position, either full-time or part-time, and you will be welcomed by pharmacy manager Annika Saxevall's team. Desired start date is negotiable.

We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. To thrive in this role, we believe you are passionate about helping our customers achieve good medication use and health. We also believe that you thrive best when you are part of an engaged team working towards clearly defined goals. At the pharmacy, we all help each other with daily tasks, and together we create a pleasant, healthy, and safe work environment where we grow, have fun, and share our successes. We have a strong regional and service organization as well as colleagues across the country. We also have a close collaboration with nearby pharmacies.
