As a Bar Manager with us, you will play a key role in the operation where you lead and develop the bar's operations. The role involves close collaboration with the restaurant manager to ensure that the bar works in harmony with the restaurant's operations. You will have overall responsibility for the daily operations and staff of the bar.

Strand is one of the most popular hotels on Öland and is also one of southeastern Sweden's leading conference facilities. Here, we actively work to ensure that your conference is successful in every way! Everything from smaller meetings to grand anniversary celebrations. During the summer, we have our beloved restaurant Dockside open, located along the harbor. We have a guest harbor with services for 150 boats and a fuel station.
