Merit runs vocational tracks with SFI on behalf of the city of Helsingborg, focusing on service and warehouse/logistics/transport. At Merit, SFI teachers, vocational teachers, and language coaches work together around the participants.

We are looking for someone who wants to find various creative solutions to provide participants with a personalized education that prepares them for their job goals.

Good digital competence and experience from restaurant/hotel/trade/cleaning or warehouse/logistics/transport are meritorious.

We are looking for someone who is:

• innovative, proactive, open, and has a strong drive

• interested in working flexibly with new working methods, such as digital learning platforms and methods based on real participant influence

• interested in driving pedagogical development work, working in a team with others, and learning with and from others

• interested in working vocationally and in collaboration with various employers
