Coor manages the operation and maintenance of properties for customers in the industry in Stenungsund. Our customers have high demands on us regarding safety, knowledge, service, and availability. We need to expand our team's competence with an experienced HVAC technician.

What will you be working on?

As an operations technician with us, you will report to the team leader and operations manager. You will work independently with planned maintenance, troubleshooting, orders, renovations, and new installations. The team collaborates and supports each other across different professional competencies as well as with external subcontractors.

Your tasks as an operations technician include, among others:

• Supervision, rounds, maintenance, and operation of properties, focusing on HVAC.
• Handling work orders from customers
• Participating in the establishment and follow-up of maintenance plans
• Ensuring delivery for future operations and development together with your colleagues
• Proactively working on improvements and maintenance work for customers
• Actively working on enhancements

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• A strong safety mindset
• Education and/or work experience in property technology/HVAC, or other equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B
• Good computer skills
• Knowledge to install/repair/maintain various types of HVAC systems based on given drawings, descriptions, and/or instructions

It is an advantage if you have:

• Training in scissor lifts, fall protection training, forklift license, hot work, facility management, or other relevant areas

About the position

Employment type: Permanent with an initial probationary period of full-time (100%).

Location: Stenungsund

Working hours: Weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00.
