Splendor Plant is today the largest wholesale nursery in the Nordic region and well-known in the industry thanks to its leading position in product and assortment development.

Are you a machine operator who enjoys doing various tasks throughout the year? We are now looking for a machine and tractor driver to service both field and pot cultivation. You will be part of a smaller group of five people and you are essential for ensuring that everything around the cultivation of garden plants works in the best way.

The Position

During the growing season, much of your time will be spent on soil cultivation, lawn mowing, fertilizing, row hoeing, and sowing. You will also assist with compost production, trimming hedges, maintaining roads, and mixing liquid fertilizers.

During the winter and low season, you can help with repairs in the workshop or service machines in preparation for the upcoming spring season. When it freezes and snows, you will be responsible for snow removal and ice control at the nursery.

Your Profile

We believe you have attended an agricultural high school or have equivalent experience. You are an experienced tractor driver with good technical understanding. As a person, you are self-driven and take your own initiatives, and you are good at communicating and collaborating. During peak season, we have a lot to do, so you must thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a B driver's license and access to a car. It is an advantage if you have a forklift license for B1 counterbalance forklift and C2 wheel loader. Furthermore, it is a plus if you have permission to handle plant protection products.

You are proficient in English, both spoken and written; Swedish is an advantage.
