Production Leader for Mail Business Area in Uppsala

We have three equally important business areas in the organization: mail, parcels, and logistics. We are now looking for a driven production leader for the Mail business area in Uppsala.

As a production leader, you will be active in the daily operations. This position is for you who want to be part of a successful team and are good at leading and motivating. As a person, you are communicative, clear, and skilled at coaching. You have the ability to identify improvements and develop the business. Leadership for us means motivating each other to contribute to an innovation culture, which makes us the largest even tomorrow. What you will do

• Be operationally responsible for the business within your area of responsibility
• Create motivation and engagement among employees
• Contribute to the transformation work to adapt the business to changed service offerings, new systems, and working methods
• Plan and follow up on the business within your area of responsibility

What you bring with you

• High school diploma and relevant post-secondary education in XX (e.g., logistics/economics/technology/leadership, to be filled in by the respective manager at startup)
• Good leadership skills and an interest in leading.
• Experience from the logistics industry or similar
• Very good computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driving license B
