About the store ICA Supermarket Idre Bua is located in the northern Dalarna mountain region, near the Norwegian border. The store has two distinct seasons – summer and winter – when the area is visited by many tourists. Outside these periods, the store functions both as a border trade store and a local village shop.

About the position We are now looking for an engaged baker for our fresh produce department. The position means that you, together with a colleague, will be responsible for the bakery department, where you will, among other things:

• Order raw materials.

• Ensure the quality of production.

• Work with bread and bake-off.

• Make sweet cakes and sandwich cakes to order.

• Receive orders from customers.

The department collaborates closely with other fresh produce departments in the store. You will receive an introduction from an experienced colleague.

About you We are looking for someone who is driven, solution-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You have good planning skills and thrive in teamwork. To fit in long-term, it is important that you appreciate the mountains and nature.

Requirements for the position

• Strong interest in baking and cooking

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious for the position

• Experience working in a bakery

• Experience in placing orders

• Knowledge of ICA's systems

About the employment

The position is a permanent employment of 30 hours per week (78%), with the possibility of extra shifts, and the wage form is hourly pay. Working hours: Monday-Saturday 06:00-15:00, Sunday 10:00-18:00 (every other weekend included). Work during major holidays such as Christmas, New Year, winter break, Easter, Midsummer, and industrial vacation is included. A car and driver's license are recommended. The store can assist in finding accommodation.
