Enter Ställningar AB is a Gothenburg-based company specializing in scaffolding and weather protection. They offer services for projects within the construction and civil engineering sector, focusing on safety and quality in accordance with occupational health and safety standards. The company has a broad customer base and is part of the Instalco Group, which operates in installation and technical services across several industries. The company carries out scaffolding assembly for various construction projects and has extensive experience in the industry since its inception in 1972. They also provide technical solutions and support to customers, promoting sustainable working methods.

We are looking for an engaged and technically skilled employee who wants to take responsibility for calculations and drawings within the company. In this role, you will stay constantly updated on applicable regulations and standards, including the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations for scaffolding and the European standard. You will actively participate in projects, conduct site visits, and follow up on work to gain a clear picture of the reality in the field.

An important part of the job is to inform the organization about new and updated laws and regulations for scaffolding assembly, as well as to ensure that all documentation complies with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's requirements and is handed over correctly to the responsible project manager. You will also assist project managers, project leaders, and regional managers with technical questions and calculations as needed.

You will have financial responsibility for ensuring that drawings and calculations are made with consideration of the company's existing material resources to the greatest extent possible. Additionally, you will support the sales work by preparing documentation and providing support for customer quotations.

Your role will also include promoting good relationships with STIB and collaborating closely with other departments and companies within the group. You are expected to actively contribute suggestions for process improvements to further develop and streamline the company's work.

• Has a university degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent work experience.
• Has knowledge of scaffolding assembly, construction activities, occupational health and safety laws, or equivalent education or documented practical experience.
• Has experience with CAD.
• Has previous experience performing calculations.
• Holds a valid driver's license (B).
• Speaks and writes fluently in both Swedish and English.
