About the role Plant operator sought for growing recycling facility in Norrköping

Do you want to work in a vital and future-oriented industry where no two days are alike? We are now looking for an engaged and responsible plant operator for a modern operation within recycling and material handling in Norrköping.

Responsibilities As a plant operator, you will become an important part of the daily operations. The work is varied and requires both precision and good teamwork skills. You will work with handling and sorting of various materials and contribute to a safe and well-organized workflow.

Working hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday

Employment type: Full-time

Detailed responsibilities:

• Loading of trucks and containers
• Sorting and handling of materials
• Internal transport of materials at the facility
• Receiving inspection of incoming materials
• Certain crushing operations may occur
• Provide good service and professional interaction with customers

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has professional certification for wheel loaders and excavators within plant machinery, plus relevant experience
• Is accustomed to working independently and taking responsibility
• Has a good sense of order and cleanliness
• Is social, service-oriented, and enjoys customer contact
• Contributes with a positive attitude and good team spirit
