Skolfood in Gävle is currently looking for two part-time meal assistants to join our team at the International School of Gävle. The positions are for 7 hours and 5 hours per day, respectively.

Your main responsibilities will include serving school meals to the students. Together with two colleagues, you will also be responsible for dishwashing and cleaning the dining hall, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience in customer service who is service-oriented. It is important that you are eager to contribute to the well-being of the students at our facility in Gävle. You should be attentive and capable of holding constructive dialogues with both students and teachers. As the face of the company, you are expected to have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish.

Previous experience in similar roles is a merit.

Responsibilities

• Preparation for lunch service in the school dining hall
• Serving lunch
• Handling according to food legislation and current self-control measures for buffets
• Waste sorting from the dining hall
• Cleaning of the dining hall and serving areas
• Dishwashing
