We are a medium sized, Gastrobar in Malmö area and we are looking for a souschef or trainee chef to join our small team. Must be passionate about cooking and food preparation with ability to follow instructions in absence of the head chef. Our cuisine is classic Spanish tapas and full training provided for the right candidate. We are open 6 days per week which will increase to 7 once we have a full compliment of staff. Shifts include evenings on rotation and weekends.
Experience working in a busy kitchen is essential as is a great eye for detail and being able to work under pressure. You must be able to work as a team as well as on your own initiative Escama is offering an opportunity for a chef to learn skills and techiques under the tutorage of the head chef, this is an ideal chance to further a career in hospitality!
