IKEA Range & Supply has the responsibility to develop, design, produce and supply IKEA retail channels with home furnishing solutions available to the many people. Each year IKEA Range & Supply introduces 2,000 new products in the 400 stores IKEA stores and other multichannel touchpoints around the world with the turnover of 20,5 BEUR. The total range is almost 10,000 products. So what happens in Älmhult definitely doesn't stay in Älmhult. It reaches practically every corner of the globe.
Business Solutions is part of IKEA Range & Supply and in this role you will be part of the central HR team. The team supports all units and managers within IKEA Business Solutions Range & Supply. The organization consists of eight Solution Areas that support and mirror the Range & Supply processes as part of the IKEA Ways of Working-map, including a number of staff functions such as Architecture, Business Development, Business Navigation, HR/Competence and Communication. The organization consists of approximately 260 co-workers based in different legal units globally all across Range & Supply. We have our main hubs in Älmhult, Helsingborg and Malmö (IKEA of Sweden AB), Dortmund (Distribution Services GmbH), Pratteln (IKEA Supply AG) and Warsaw (IKEA Purchasing Services Poland), and we are also present in the United States, Italy, France, Turkey, India, and the Czech Republic.

Right now we are looking for a HR & Competence Manager to lead the people agenda for Business Solutions.
About the assignment
In the role as HR Competence Manager you will lead the people agenda across our 8 sites located in Sweden, Germany, Poland and Switzerland. , In this role you will report to the Business Solutions Manager and be a part of the Management group.
Secure efficient implementation of overall HR processes, policies and yearly activities
Create pre-conditions from a people perspective to reach digital maturity in a cross-functional collaboration through enabling an end-to-end approach and a constant learning organisation
Support best fit organizational structures to meet the digital expectations of our customers, co-workers and partners
Lead, coach and develop the team of two HR generalists.
Support operational efficiency through effective resources usage, capacity and ways of working.
Provide coaching to senior business leaders in their leadership
Develop best practice to ensure ongoing development of HR services delivered
Be a strategic HR partner in the management team by aligning and translating strategic business objectives & initiatives to HR deliveries.
Secure talent flow in terms of people resources by attracting talents and securing succession
As a person you have a deep business knowledge and are energized by working in a changing complex digital environment and you navigate with confidence in an agile way. You have excellent skills in communication, negotiation and have a strong engagement and commitment to develop the business by optimizing performance through people.
You appreciate the mix of strategic, tactical and operational thinking and demonstrate a open mind-set. You are a strong communicator with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels. As a person you show high level of integrity from a values perspective and credibility built through seniority and extensive competence in the HR field. You have worked in a global matrix organization and are an experienced leader with a broad knowledge of HR practices, policies, processes, regulations and legislations.
