Business Development & Service Manager , IKEA Customer Support Centre

Your main responsibilities include ensuring:
•qualitative business and technical support for co-workers with updated tools and systems
•be the speaking partner towards external vendors and ensure that all contracts are in line with the IKEA business direction
•relevant business and technical contingency plans are implemented and followed up regularly
•service level agreements with internal and external stakeholders are defined and followed up in order to secure the right support when needed
You are part of our management team and you will lead the Business Development & Service function with one department head and your competent co-workers. You will report to Customer Support Centre Manager.

We are looking for you who have previous experience from leading people and business development. To be successful in this role you need to have passion for fast-paced, customer- and future oriented retailing, and a desire to create a great customer experience. If you have experience from project management and leading work where ideas becomes reality, it´s an advantage.
As our Business Development & Service manager you lead and coordinate both our current IT-related services and programs and our future business developments and projects. You proactively work with making our current systems stable and well working, and you always look for improvements for the future.
Customer Support Centre is on an exciting journey to meet the needs of the future customer. We are constantly looking for what the future meeting with the customer is about – and how we can meet that need! Our mission is to support our customers in all non-face to face matters, which means that we use digital media and technology to meet our customers no matter if they want to buy, plan, ask or claim something.
