YOUR MISSION:

The purpose of P&O Business Partner is the key role of the modern HR management. The partner is fully dedicated to internal clients, their needs and their duties. The partner helps to develop and implement better people management practices. The business partner shares the responsibility for the goals and target delivery. The modern HR Model cannot exist without the role dedicated fully to internal clients as managers and employees.

Management of the care range in all personnel issues within our Nordic organization.

Active counseling in all HR procedures taking global and local allowance into consideration/project report/HR reporting/Supervision and guidance of HR service provider.

Contact person for employees, social partner in all personnel management question for the attributive process units and support units.

Always be up to date with organizational structure and our departments to be able to give best service when needed. Build good working relationships with all related departments and always conduct oneself in a professional manner. Be aware of all confidential data you will receive and learn in this position and protect confidentiality and not communicate to others.

Participate in local and global HR projects.

The position is based in Solna and will require travelling.


YOUR TALENT:

HRM degree

Funded practical knowledge in employment law, income tax law and social security law

Experience in administrative work

Proven experience as HR Generalist minimum 3 years

Experience in recruitment and performance management

Ability and willingness to work with diverse workforce, intercultural understanding

Excellent listening and communication skills

Excellent English knowledge

Service-oriented and open personality

Ability to work well under pressure, to handle a variety of tasks at the same time and within a dynamic organization
