Are you looking for a new challenge that combines technology, business development and interaction with interesting people? Then you should join our Product Management team as Product Manager. You will have a key role to ensure that we offer machines and materials to drive the additive revolution.

Join us and be part of a great and fast-growing company. We are expanding the Product Management Team with three Product Managers. You will be located at our new facility in Mölnlycke Företagspark.
• Follow and influence trends that affect our company and our products
• Ensure that we have the right offer to enable our customers to realize large scale, automated industrial production with the right EBM machines and the right materials
• Link the company's overall visions and strategies to the requirements of our products in technical specifications
• Follow-up of revenue, profitability and margins within your product range
• Develop product roadmaps and plan product releases
• Develop strategies for the product throughout its life cycle
• Responsibility for the launch of new products, in collaboration with other functions within the company
• Ensure that sales have the right tools for commercial success of the products
You have an engineering degree or equivalent in industrial/mechanical engineering with at least ten years of work experience. A good understanding of additive manufacturing is meritorious for the positions. You are analytical and structured as well as a good communicator and like to interact with others. To really excel in the role you should be business minded and customer focused with preferably an additional degree in business or marketing. Fluent in English is a prerequisite.
Your personal qualities are just as important. You are team player, social, self-motivated and likes to take major responsibility. You are natural in your role as a key decision-maker and you easily establish trust and authority with senior stakeholders.
