Here you can influence your working hours throughout the week. You are responsible for providing a good reception to both colleagues and the clients we work for.

Job Responsibilities

As an employee, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our residents. We work health-promoting with the aim of strengthening the individual's own abilities and ensuring that everyone living with us has the opportunity to live life, all of life.

Participation, development, and community are key words for us where continuous improvements create conditions for good quality.

Your tasks include personal care, case management duties, and social and physical activities with our residents.

We work in teams, which means that many different professional groups share the common goal of creating a good quality of life and a good environment for our residents.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a care assistant or has other education or experience that the employer deems sufficient. We prefer that you have further education in elderly care and/or dementia or have an educational focus on psychiatry. Experience in working within care and support is an advantage.

It is important that you enjoy and thrive in working with people and that you are flexible and receptive to new ideas and working methods.

For the job, sufficient knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing is required to communicate with clients, perform care documentation, and obtain medication delegation.

A valid driver's license, category B, is a requirement as well as access to your own car.
