About the job

We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant (undersköterska) and want to make a difference! We need professional and motivated nursing assistants to deliver welfare services with high quality. Here, commitment and professional service go hand in hand while you influence people's daily lives and society at large. Together, we work to give each user a meaningful and dignified daily life with security, care, and quality of life in focus. A good workplace culture and support for your personal development are important to us. Your contribution counts!

Rosenhäll Care and Nursing Home is beautifully located in direct contact with nature-rich surroundings with a focus on care. Here, the proximity to nature is combined with a pleasant living environment.

Responsibilities

Together with your team, you create security and continuity for our residents. You become an important support in daily life and a natural part of their social context. You work based on the national values of elderly care, where we together create a daily life where every individual is seen and met based on their unique needs and conditions.

You are also involved in driving change – we are constantly looking for new, smart ways to work, with the goal of offering modern and meaningful elderly care. Through special ombudsman roles, you get the opportunity to deepen your knowledge and contribute to making the quality for our users as broad and strong as possible.

In the role of nursing assistant, you work days, evenings, and every other weekend, fulfilling an important function in our team.

You are never alone; behind you is a committed team that supports and collaborates. Together we create a work environment where both employees and users feel seen and valued.

Who are we looking for?

To thrive in the role, we see that you have:

  • A calm and professional approach, and are proactive and independent in your work.
  • Receptiveness and a positive, constructive attitude towards work and our users.
  • Ability to see the big picture and think long-term based on our users' needs.
  • Responsible, pedagogical, non-hierarchical, and team-oriented approach.
  • You put the users' best interests first through a person-centered approach and want to contribute to meaningful encounters.
  • Physical ability, as heavy lifting may occur.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and value that you are secure and present for both users and colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

  • Trained as a nursing assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare, or a certificate of employment confirming you were employed permanently with the title of nursing assistant as of July 1, 2023.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both orally and in writing.

It is meritorious if you have:

  • Experience working with the elderly.
  • Knowledge of documentation and digital tools.
  • Good teamwork skills and the ability to work with quality awareness.
  • Good ability to create security and structure.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
