Beteendefokus HVB provides care and treatment for young people aged 16–21 with substance abuse issues and early-stage criminal behavior.

About the Position

As a Treatment Pedagogue, you will be an important part of the young people's daily lives and developmental journey.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Relationship-building work with young people
• Implementation of treatment interventions
• Motivational interviewing
• Documentation and record keeping
• Collaboration with social services, guardians, and other stakeholders
• Planning and implementation of activities
• Contributing to the organization's quality and development work

Qualifications

Requirements

• Relevant education for the position
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good documentation skills
• Good computer literacy

Merits

• Experience working in residential care facilities (HVB)
• Experience with the target group
• Training in MI, CBT, A-CRA, AP, ART, or LAB
• Experience with Journal Digital or similar documentation systems
