As a Project Engineer, you function as a central support function in the project organization and are responsible for ensuring that administrative processes, coordination, and practical project support work efficiently.

The role involves close collaboration with project management, production, and other project members to create conditions for a well-functioning operation.

The tasks include, among other things:

• Coordinate meetings, book premises, travel, and other project-related activities
• Provide administrative support to project management and project teams
• Document meetings and handle project information according to established routines
• Responsible for document management and administration of project-related information
• Coordinate permissions, introductions, and practical preparations for new employees
• Handle orders for equipment, materials, and other resources related to the operation
• Follow up on purchases, deliveries, and administrative flows within the project
• Coordinate workstations, inventory, and equipment to ensure a well-functioning work environment
• Support the project team with follow-up, planning, and ongoing administration

• Have at least six months of experience as a project engineer, project coordinator, project administrator, or similar role
• Have very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Have an understanding of project processes and project management
• Have basic knowledge of contract forms, regulations, or other business-related requirement areas
• Have experience with simpler economic follow-up, cost control, or budget-related tasks
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English

• Have experience from construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, or industrial projects
• Have previously worked in larger project organizations with many stakeholders
