You will work closely with the business unit's CPTO and play a central role in creating clarity on what needs to be built, why it creates value, and how the team can work even smarter moving forward.

Your responsibilities

As a Product Lead, you work closely with the product, development, customers, and operations to ensure that the right initiatives are prioritized and executed. You help the organization make better product decisions by combining customer insights, product data, and modern AI tools.

Among other things, you will:

• Gather and analyze insights from customers, users, and the sales team
• Identify needs, patterns, and opportunities that drive product development forward
• Use AI to analyze feedback, customer dialogues, and meeting notes
• Create decision support for product initiatives and investments
• Work closely with the CPTO regarding priorities, roadmap, and product development
• Coordinate initiatives and contribute to focus, direction, and progress in the team
• Introduce and develop the use of AI in product work
• Contribute to improved processes, workflows, and information flows

About you

We believe you come from a role such as Associate Product Manager, Product Operations, Delivery Lead, project manager, Customer Success, or from a consulting or SaaS environment. The most important thing is not exactly what title you have had previously, but that you are curious, analytical, and want to develop within product leadership.

You have experience working in a product- or development-oriented environment and thrive on creating structure, coordinating initiatives, and collaborating with various stakeholders. You are communicative, take initiative, and have the ability to turn information and insights into concrete recommendations and activities. At the same time, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and thrive in a high-tempo environment where you get to take great responsibility. An interest in AI and how new technology can streamline workflows is seen as an important part of the role.
