Do you want to work in a business where treatment is the focus and where you have the opportunity to influence both the clients' development and the content of the operations?
At Berglunda HVB, we are now looking for an engaged CBT therapist with basic training in psychotherapy who wants to help further develop our treatment operations. The position is an reinforcement of our existing treatment team and means that you will work closely with the operation's treatment-responsible CBT therapist and other specialist functions. With us, you have the opportunity to combine qualified treatment work with operational development in an organization that is currently building up and strengthening its treatment content.
About Berglunda
Berglunda HVB receives adult men and women from 20 years and older with mental illness, mental disabilities, and comorbidity in the form of harmful use or addiction.
We work from evidence-based methods and are in an exciting development phase where we are strengthening our treatment content to better meet the target group's needs. Our ambition is to offer individualized, structured, and quality treatment where each client receives the right support to create a more independent and meaningful life.
In the operation, there are nurses, treatment-responsible CBT therapists, managers, and treatment staff who together work in multidisciplinary teams to meet the clients' needs in the best way.
To further strengthen our treatment work and meet the operation's development, we are now expanding the team with one more CBT therapist. We see an increased need for qualified treatment interventions and want to continue developing both our individual treatment work and our group treatments.
About the role
As a CBT therapist, you will have a central role in the operation's treatment work. You work with both individual treatment sessions and group treatments, and contribute with your competence in planning, follow-up, and development of the clients' treatment.
You will:

- Plan and lead treatment groups.
- Contribute to assessment, planning, and follow-up of treatment interventions.
- Collaborate with other functions in the operation's management group and contribute with treatment competence in development and quality work.
- Supervise and support colleagues in treatment-related issues.
- Be involved in the development of methods, working methods, and treatment programs.
- Collaborate with social services, region, commissioning bodies, and other healthcare contacts.
With us, you have the opportunity to influence both the content of the treatment and the operation's continued development.

Who are you?
We believe that you are a person driven by development and quality. You are secure in your professional role, have an easy time collaborating, and enjoy turning theory into practical treatment work.
You see opportunities where others see obstacles and want to be part of developing new working methods to create the best possible support for our clients. You thrive working both independently and together with other professions, and see the value of contributing to the operation's continued development.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Welcome to become part of Berglunda's continued development!
