About the role

As an Account Manager here, you will take on a social role with many contact points. You will quickly become part of the team and work together with fantastic colleagues who share your high level of ambition. Your most important task in this role is to build strong customer relationships and create business opportunities.

Your team and your development

Your team consists of several other Account Managers and an engaged Team Manager. Responsibilities

The role involves overall responsibility for sales and customer care, where you act as a strategic partner to your clients to ensure growth and satisfied customers.

  • Prospecting and identifying potential customers.
  • Conducting needs analyses and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Negotiating and signing contracts with new and existing customers.
  • Managing the entire sales process from first contact to closing.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term business relationships.
  • Documenting and reporting sales activities in the CRM system.

We look for someone who has

  • Valid Driver's License (Category B): Required to visit our customers.
  • Work experience: You have gained experience from working life and feel confident in a professional environment.
  • Communication skills: You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
  • Educational background: Completed upper secondary education (high school).

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience within recruitment and staffing.

Our recruitment process

  • Personality and problem-solving test.
  • Phone interview.
  • In-depth interview with a recruitment consultant and sales manager.
  • Physical meeting at the office with the sales manager and team leader.
  • Reference checks, background checks, and decision.

We use tests from Alva Labs as part of the recruitment process to identify the most suitable candidates. The first step is a logical thinking test, which assesses your problem-solving ability, as well as a personality test that gives us insight into your traits. The tests support our ambition to find candidates with the highest potential and to promote equality, diversity, and fairness. If you proceed in the process, the next steps are interviews and reference checks. Throughout all parts of the process, we rely on a clearly defined requirement profile to ensure a structured and objective assessment.
