Your responsibilities
As a sales representative at Antirio, you are responsible for creating new business opportunities and developing the company's customer base in the Swedish market. You drive the entire sales process independently and work actively towards set goals.
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Prospecting and contacting companies targeting the public sector
- Identifying decision-makers and building long-term business relationships
- Scheduling and conducting digital sales meetings and product demonstrations
- Presenting Pabliq's services and creating business value for the customer
- Negotiating, handling objections, and driving deals to closure
- Working systematically in CRM and following up on activities and business opportunities
- Contributing to the team's collective results and development

Our expectations
We believe you have experience in B2B sales, new customer acquisition, or other proactive sales roles where you have been responsible for creating and developing business. Experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or SaaS sales is a plus.
To succeed in this role, you need to be goal-oriented, business-focused, and thrive in an environment where activity and results go hand in hand. You are accustomed to taking initiative, building trust with customers, and driving processes forward.
As a person, you are communicative, driven, and relationship-building. You have a knack for building trust, are structured in your approach, and are motivated by the opportunity to influence both your own and the company's development. You are also comfortable working with digital systems and see technology as a natural tool in the sales process. Your Swedish is fluent in both speech and writing.
