About the client

The client is an innovative company focused on establishing and growing its product in physical retail. They are in an exciting expansion phase and have a clear strategy to strengthen their presence in stores by getting the product to more retailers, supported by a dedicated sales team.

About the assignment

We are now looking for experienced and self-motivated salespeople for a grocery retail project during the summer. The assignment involves visiting a large number of stores and establishing new partnerships. The goal of the assignment is to expand the retailer network.

During each store visit, you will:

• Present the product and conduct in-store selling
• Establish new partnerships and register stores
• Build relationships with store staff and decision-makers
• Follow up on sales and ensure continued ordering
• Drive campaigns and activities in-store
• Document visits and results in digital reporting tools

Your responsibilities

• Active new customer acquisition and in-store selling
• Visit stores according to a structured sales process (presentation, follow-up, and further development)
• Build relationships with store staff and decision-makers
• Drive campaigns and ensure sales in-store
• Report results and activity in digital tools

The work takes place in the field with several recurring visits per store to ensure results and long-term sustainability.

Your profile

• Has experience in sales, preferably within retail or field work
• Is social, relationship-driven, and enjoys contacting new people
• Is self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
• Thrives working in a structured and results-oriented manner
• Has good digital skills and can work in reporting tools
• Is service-oriented and represents brands professionally
• A valid driver's license (B) is required, and having your own car is an advantage

You feel comfortable in a store environment and are quick to build trust.

Other information

In this assignment, you will be employed by NRG Sweden AB and hired out to our client Emplicure.

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment during the period June 29 to August 28.
