Ceciliagården is a residence for people with dementia and is part of Götene Elderly Care Center. Ceciliagården consists of four departments with a total of 32 apartments, and there is a shared kitchen and living room on each department. The unit also houses Götene Municipality's dementia day care, Gläntan.

The atmosphere at Ceciliagården is calm, and we work according to the guiding principles of kindness, dignity, and warmth.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of assistant nurse, you ensure that the individual receives help with the measures approved according to the Social Services Act. We work from a salutogenic approach where the individual should have participation and influence regarding how and when the approved measures are carried out. Here at Ceciliagården, a high degree of innovation and flexibility is required.

We use activity planning tools to ensure that residents receive the help they are entitled to. Light meal preparation is included.

We are looking for someone with good computer skills and who can express themselves well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as documentation and communication are part of the job duties.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as an assistant nurse. You need to have proof of Protected Occupational Title from the National Board of Health and Welfare, or alternatively a certificate from a previous employer confirming that you had a permanent position as an assistant nurse on July 1, 2023.

Experience working with dementia is considered an advantage. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

Conditions

Permanent position at 100%, with start date according to agreement. Probationary period may apply. The work is scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends. Welcome with your application!
