About the Role

You will take ownership of customer cases in an environment connected to the energy industry, where responsive support and smooth coordination are essential to the customer experience. This is a role for you if you enjoy being at the center of the dialogue between customers and internal teams, and if you like turning complex questions into clear next steps.

You will work across several functions to make sure each case is handled from start to finish. The role combines customer support with cross-functional coordination, giving you the chance to influence both quality and speed in how issues are resolved. It is an interesting opportunity if you want a role with broad collaboration and clear impact on customer satisfaction.

Job Description
  • You will support internal and external customers in matters related to technical questions, orders and payments.

  • You will take full ownership of cases and drive them forward until resolution.

  • You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management and other relevant internal or external teams to secure efficient handling.

  • You will work closely with After-Sales Service and Spare Parts teams when needed to resolve customer issues.

  • You will help create a consistent and positive customer experience by ensuring that questions are followed up and closed in a structured way.

Requirements
  • Ability to provide professional internal and external customer support.

  • Ability to handle technical, order-related and payment-related cases.

  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across functions such as Sales, Operations and Supply Chain Management.

  • Ability to take full case ownership and drive issues through to resolution.

  • Ability to collaborate with After-Sales Service and Spare Parts teams as part of the support process.
