This is a 50% position based on-site at our client in Jönköping.

Your responsibilities
In the role of Service Specialist, you will work closely with the business and serve as the first point of contact for support-related questions. You are responsible for providing professional and high-quality service and contributing to the development and improvement of internal working methods and processes.
Examples of tasks:
- Handle incoming inquiries and support cases
- Provide user support and deliver a high service experience
- Work proactively with the improvement of service and internal processes
- Collaborate with different teams to find effective solutions
- Work according to established working methods and processes within IT support
Your profile
We are looking for you who are service-oriented, communicative, and self-starting. You thrive in a role where you can combine technical interest with daily contact with users and the business. You have the ability to build good relationships and enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
You are also curious, responsible, and have an easy time collaborating across team boundaries.
Requirements
- Experience with IT first-line support or other service-oriented work
- At least 2–3 years of experience from service or customer-facing roles
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written
- Experience with case management systems, such as ServiceNow
- Experience working according to ITIL methodology
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
