About the position

Hellidshemmet is a senior living facility beautifully located at the foot of Hellidsberget. The facility is surrounded by a nature-rich environment with walking and cycling paths leading to Hellidens Castle and waterways. The facility features common areas for meals, social gatherings, various activities, and a shared outdoor space.

We are currently looking for a Care Assistant (Undersköterska) for the senior living facility Hellidshemmet in Tidaholm Municipality. The work involves standard care tasks as well as delegated health and medical care duties.

The position is a permanent employment with immediate effect or as agreed. Working hours are scheduled according to a night shift roster, covering both weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have formal education as a Care Assistant from the Nursing Programme. Furthermore, we would appreciate if you have good knowledge of dementia diseases and experience working with BPSD (Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia).

Basic IT skills and computer literacy are required as computers and smartphones are used in the work for documentation and registration. Since a large part of your tasks involves communication and documentation, good proficiency in Swedish is required in both speech and writing.

As a person, you are positive and responsible. You need to have a good ability to build relationships while supporting individuals to ensure they have a good daily life. You need to enjoy working independently as the majority of the work is done individually, but you must also be able to work in a team.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

A driver's license is desirable.
