Nyhemsskolan is a grades F-9 school that also includes special needs education. The school is located close to both the city center and nature. We invest heavily in creative learning environments, both indoors and outdoors.

There are approximately 175 students in grades F-6, and about 100 children are enrolled in the school's after-school programs. At our school, students are given the best start for a lifetime of learning!

The operations at Nyhemsskolan are characterized by learning, joy in work, security, and well-being. The students and their learning are at the center of our focus, and we believe that everyone can and wants to develop. We look after the student's entire school day (school and after-school care) and strive to motivate and create learning environments characterized by inclusion, variety, and interactivity.

Your future responsibilities

At Nyhemsskolan, we have spent several years developing our learning environments and recess activities. Together, we work focused on set goals to ensure all students have equal opportunities for maximum learning in an activity filled with enthusiasm and engagement! You will have exciting and varied tasks with great opportunities to take initiative. As a student assistant here, you will work both during school hours and at the after-school center. You will support the student in their learning with tasks designed by the responsible teacher.

Who are you?

Experience working as a student assistant is meritorious, as is knowledge of low-affective handling. Knowledge of Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NPD), such as autism and ADHD, is also meritorious.

You have good ability to cooperate with other people and can express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
