Apoteket Älgen is a medium-sized pharmacy located in the center of Strömsund in northern Jämtland. As the only pharmacy in the area, we are an important part of the local community. Today, seven employees work here in a wonderful team spirit and warm atmosphere. We have fun together, support each other in everyday life, and ensure that everyone is involved in different parts of the work. At us, no one stands alone; we solve challenges together.

The working hours for this position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00–18:00, Saturdays 10:00–14:00, Sundays closed.

For us, this package is a step towards strengthening our vision "A Life in Health". With our package – Career at Apoteket – you will receive, in addition to a relocation grant to the municipality of 30,000 SEK, a bonus totaling 90,000 SEK (30,000 SEK/year for 3 years) and an additional allowance of 3,000 SEK/month during a 3-year period.

Total compensation (Career at Apoteket) is 228,000 SEK for a 3-year employment.

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction. If you have experience with, or an interest in developing in the future as a Responsible Pharmacist (LMA), this is a valuable advantage.

This position also involves some lending to nearby pharmacies, for example in Hammerdal, which means you need to have a B-driver's license.

• Provide professional counseling and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Keep up to date with our range and our campaigns, to give customers the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the daily work and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or chemist, with a clear interest in people, health, and medicine. Whether you are a recent graduate wanting to grow into the role, or have longer experience and are looking for new challenges, you are warmly welcome!
