Måsen Health Centre is a healthcare unit with just over 10,000 registered patients and is responsible for medical treatment at two SÄBO (specialized residential care for the elderly) facilities in the immediate area. We have broad competence and continuously strive for the development of our operations and employees. Since 2023, we have worked in teams, and we believe that continuity within interdisciplinary teams should be the foundation for patients who need this. We believe this leads to security and increased opportunities for patients to influence their own care. In addition to teamwork, we offer diabetes and asthma/COPD clinics, child health services, internet-based CBT (iCBT), support and treatment groups, and more.

We are now looking for you who are a Specialist in General Practice. We would appreciate it if you had an interest in being responsible for one of our SÄBO facilities with a psychiatric focus. We have a stable group of general specialists who have worked here for a long time, and we are now looking for you who have an interest and curiosity in the possibilities of digitalization in work, an interest in working in interdisciplinary teams, and a drive to advance development within primary care.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of Specialist in General Practice with us, we offer you a varied job with good conditions for developing in your professional role. Every week we have scheduled development time interspersed with interdisciplinary discussions and training initiatives. We also have interdisciplinary rounds during the week where home healthcare services can also participate. If you have a specific area you wish to deepen your knowledge in, we will discuss the possibilities for this.

As we are an academic health centre, we would appreciate it if our employees drive, participate in, and contribute to primary care research in the region. Supervising ST-doctors (residents), AT-doctors (interns), candidates, and other colleagues is a mandatory and developing role in your work with us.

Qualifications

You who apply are a licensed Specialist in General Practice with the eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. We view work experience from primary care as meritorious. Furthermore, experience with healthcare administrative systems such as PMO, 1177 Vårdguiden, and Mina Planer is an advantage.

As a person, you have an open and positive attitude that creates a good atmosphere at work. You work in a solution-focused and independent manner, while also having a good ability to plan, coordinate, and create structure in your work.
