Do you want to build an employer brand that strengthens competence supply? We are looking for you who want to take a key role in making Södertälje Municipality visible as an attractive employer and contribute to the development of our recruitment and employment processes.
We are looking for you who appreciate the broad task of operationally supporting managers within various HR areas in combination with long-term, strategic work within the specialist area of Competence Supply and Recruitment.
At the HR department in Södertälje Municipality, about forty people work to provide support in employer issues to all the municipality's operations. Of these, sixteen are HR specialists who work with a combination of demand-driven support to managers and long-term overarching issues within areas such as labor law, contract issues, health and working environment, leadership, wage formation, competence supply, recruitment, and employer branding.
Who are you?
In the role, it is important that you are proactive, solution-oriented, and have the ability to work independently while being responsive with a pronounced customer perspective and a consultative approach. This applies both to the work with demand-driven manager support and to the work with developing the HR unit's processes and methods. To succeed, a structured working method and the ability to work independently with several different parallel projects and tasks are also required.
You need to have an interest in seeing connections and always placing issues in a larger overall context. You have an open and positive personality with a great interest in people and societal development. With us, you will continuously get to familiarize yourself with many different types of operations to understand the recruitment assignments and what competence our clients are in need of. You are good at building good relationships where you are both coaching and supportive. You have good pedagogical skills and are skilled at expressing yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
Requirements:
- You have an academic education with a relevant focus for the assignment, for example in personnel or behavioral sciences.
- You have worked in a consultative role within the HR area for several years and have an understanding of how the assignment works.
- You have worked with a breadth of tasks, both strategic and operational.
- You have experience interpreting collective agreements and legislation.
- You have several years of competence and experience working with competence supply and recruitment.
Merits:

- Experience working with competence-based recruitment.
- Experience in several different work areas within HR as a generalist.
- Experience and understanding of manager support within different types of public operations.
- Experience working with manager recruitment within the public sector.
