We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master for a long-term consulting assignment within digital product development and data-driven services in Stockholm.

Key Details

• Role: Senior Scrum Master / Agile Flow Leader
• Location: Södertälje, Sweden (Hybrid: ~50% on-site / 50% remote)
• Assignment period: 06 July 2026 – 06 July 2027 (approx. 12 months, with possible extension)
• Working time: 100%

About the Assignment

You will support a modern product team working with digital services in areas such as analytics, coaching, user experience, and performance improvement.

Your mission is to enable smooth and efficient delivery by facilitating Agile processes, removing impediments, and strengthening collaboration across the team.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, UX specialists, Analysts, and other stakeholders in a dynamic product development environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
• Coach teams and stakeholders in Agile principles and Scrum practices
• Identify and remove impediments affecting delivery
• Support backlog refinement and prioritization with Product Owners
• Ensure transparency in progress, capacity, and delivery status
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity
• Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team coordination
• Strengthen collaboration between business, product, development, and analytics
• Bring structure and clarity to complex and changing environments

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in software or digital product development
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Proven coaching and change management experience in Agile environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience handling risks, dependencies, and delivery planning in complex settings
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Excellent English and Swedish communication skills
• Certified Scrum Master

Nice to Have

• Experience in data-driven product teams
• Background in digital services, analytics platforms, or user-centric products
• Experience in scaled Agile organizations
• Knowledge of UX or product discovery
• Experience in hybrid or distributed teams
