About the clinic
We are a general psychiatric outpatient clinic tasked with assessing and treating a broad spectrum of psychiatric diagnoses. We also have a special focus on patients with depression and bipolar disorder.
Here, an experienced team consisting of doctors, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, rehab coordinators, and medical secretaries works together. We have high competence, low staff turnover, and a work culture where we actively help and support each other.
The clinic is located in pleasant premises at Alviks torg with good transport connections and proximity to nature and water.
Your role
As a nurse with us, you work closely with the responsible physician and in a team together with the other professions. You are a central part of both investigation and follow-up and have an important role in the patients' treatment.
Your responsibilities
- Conduct new patient visits and assessments
- Provide telephone advice
- Conduct patient and next-of-kin education
- Follow up on medication treatment
- Follow up on ratings and treatment results
The work involves varied days where you meet patients with complex issues. We work in a structured and evidence-based manner according to national guidelines.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
- Experience in psychiatry
- Specialist training in psychiatry is an advantage
- Experience from psychiatric outpatient care is an advantage

The position will be filled subject to it not being needed for internal reassignment, according to current regulations.
For patient-facing work within the Stockholm County Council Healthcare Services (SLSO):
- A register check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required, in addition to a Swedish professional license. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
