You will work days, evenings, and on-call shifts according to a schedule. Weekdays and every other weekend.

Under the leadership of the unit manager and support pedagogues, and together with colleagues and other people in the child's network, you will work on developing methods, routines, and structures for the work with the residents to give each individual the best conditions for participation.
