Our Operations
Resursskolan is a new operation that started in November 2025. Resursskolan focuses on accessibility and inclusive learning environments from a health-promoting and preventive student health perspective.
Resursskolan is located in Hemmesta, east of Gustavsberg, approximately 30 minutes by direct bus from Slussen. The school is a primary school and, starting from the autumn term 2026, will consist of 4 classes. The school also has an after-school center.
The school places great emphasis on well-developed work with extra adaptations, visual support, and digital aids in teaching. The school has certified competence in all practical-aesthetic subjects as well as a well-functioning student health service where all competencies are included. Competence in PBS (Positive Behavior Support) and ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is high.
Your Role
The role of the teacher involves leading all parts of your teaching and monitoring each student's development and learning. Each group (class) consists of 9–10 students, a teaching teacher, and 2–3 resources (student assistants). As the teaching teacher, you are responsible for the majority of the daily teaching. You are also responsible for leading the resource staff in the class.
This teaching position includes mentor responsibility for one of the classes at Resursskolan. The mentor and the class's resources form a class team that has dedicated time for weekly planning and follow-up.
As a teacher, you are part of a teacher working group. The entire staff works on the school's overarching issues, prioritized goals, and development processes during staff meetings and study days.
Your Experience
We are looking for you who have a primary teacher degree (F–3), with broad eligibility in theoretical subjects. If you have a special education teacher eligibility, this is considered an advantage.
It is advantageous if you have experience working with PBS (Positive Behavior Support), low-affective interaction, and ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
Your Personal Qualities
As a person, you are clear in your leadership, skilled at including others, and have the ability to work in a structured manner. You are engaged and solution-focused, working for a good work environment for both your students and colleagues. You find it easy to collaborate with others and are a creative team player.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
For this position, presenting a valid extract from the police criminal record is a prerequisite for employment. The position may be filled provided that no one with priority rights due to surplus does not claim the position.
