Bräcke Home Care Berga is part of the non-profit Bräcke Diakonia and our comprehensive service in Linköping City South. We are now looking for a nursing assistant with extended planning responsibilities for our home care group in Berga/Ramshäll and our security housing Ramstorp.

In this role, you work primarily as a planner. With your overview and sensitivity, you become an important part of what keeps everyday life together, both for customers and colleagues.

Your Role

As a nursing assistant with planning responsibilities, you work full-time with planning, Monday–Friday. The assignment involves coordinating interventions and staffing based on assistance decisions, customer needs, and the daily prerequisites of the operation. The work takes place primarily in Carefox, where you follow up and contribute to a daily life that functions with good quality.

You have close dialogue with colleagues and management, support in questions regarding daily operations, and contribute to ways of working that create continuity. Since the role is close to the operation, you will also work out at the customer's home as part of the assignment. In this way, you get both an overview and proximity to the work in the home.

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant with experience from home care and who want to take greater responsibility close to the operation. You understand how planning affects both the customer's support and the colleagues' workday. With sensitivity and clarity, you create an overview when everyday life changes and contribute to solutions that hold in practice. Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education
• Experience from home care
• At least one year of experience in planning, staffing, or other administrative tasks within healthcare and social care
• Experience with digital planning systems, where experience with Carefox is meritorious
• You can cycle and have a B driving license
