The Natural Science Programme at Nacka Gymnasium offers four educational pathways: Natural-Natural, Natural-Society, Natural-Abroad, and advanced mathematics education. This position belongs to the "Natural-Natural" work team.

Your Role

The role involves teaching in existing national courses/subjects and levels within mathematics and physics. Teaching and guidance of students in mathematics and physics from other programs may also occur. In your role, you are responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of your teaching based on the current curriculum. Additionally, you collaborate with other teachers in the work team, relevant subject groups, and the student health team to ensure students receive a good education and a positive study environment.

Mentorship is included in the position, with mentorship time scheduled once a week. In addition to teaching and mentorship, a teacher's position may include overarching tasks or various types of guidance.

Your Experience

For this position, you are required to have:

• Upper secondary school teacher certification with qualifications in mathematics and physics
• Experience in teaching, preferably within upper secondary education.

The following are meritorious:

• Documented pedagogical competence
• Experience in mentorship
• Experience working with IT as a pedagogical tool.
